Don Notts played Barney Fife on Andy Griffith show. Well Andy Griffith was the sheriff of Mayberry, Barney was his deputy. I remember sitting in front of TV watching the show with my mother and little brother. As kid I thought all small time sheriff deputy were as dumb as Barney was. My mother use to say it’s only a show, but being a kid I just couldn’t understand what she meant by that. As kid I thought that was how the rest of the world was.
Then I as I got older I began to understand what my mom said about being a show. People seem to think life is like a TV show. When in real life some things never get solved at all. That’s the part of life when your kid you think every thing can be fixed in 30 minutes. Kids always believe in the impossible can happen. Maybe it still can at times. I guess that I’m still a kid at hart.
